Tim Kettler . . . for Ohio . . . for District 20 . . . for you

In order to be successful, Grassroots democracy requires broad participation from those it seeks to represent. The Green Party and Green candidates accept no contributions from corporate or special interests and instead seek to invest in human resources. By focusing on the value and needs of people, we react to those needs in more responsible, sustainable ways, building community needed to move forward.

Competitive campaigns rely on you to become involved through direct action. In an election system controlled by moneyed interests who seek only to enrich and entrench themselves, it is important now more than ever that independent individuals and political parties work to represent those who have been disaffected, disenfranchised and abandoned by their elected leaders.

In 2004, after an election rife with fraud and malfeasance, the Green Party insisted on an examination and verification of the vote. Joined by many of you and concerned citizens of all political persuasions, a movement began, to demand accountability and clean elections, and continues today stronger than ever. The most meaningful and important action we can take is at the ballot box. By organizing with and supporting candidates pledged to Democracy, free from corporate and special interests and dedicated to the service of their constituencies we will bring integrity and trust back to our government.

Volunteer for the Kettler for Senate Campaign

We need volunteers to help with the campaign. Become a local organizer, throw a house party, host and attend town hall meetings, work on the campaign's phone bank, conduct research, write letters, review newspaper articles! It's easy and fun. Senate District 20 includes Coshocton, Muskingum, Guernsey, Morgan, Monroe, Noble, Athens, Meigs, and Washington counties. If you live near the Athens, Caldwell, Coshocton, Cambridge, Marietta, McConnelsville, Pomeroy, Woodsfield, or Zanesville areas, we invite you to join the excitement. Help us widen our efforts throughout the District by volunteering today.
